Our Collective Agreement
Every three (3) years or so, our Unit sits across the table from the Employer and negotiates improvements to our working conditions, benefits, and wages. Thanks to years of work by so many previous and current members, we have one of the strongest and most progressive Collective Agreements in our sector. Our success at the table is thanks to the constant support we get from our members – the stronger we are together, the more progress we make at the table.
