Strike Mandate Vote Results are IN!

Between March 5-7, 2025, you and your coworkers voted overwhelmingly to approve a strike mandate. This means you’ve granted your local’s Executive Committee the ability to call for a strike in the event that your employer refuses to reach a fair deal at the bargaining table.

Your message to your employer is clear: Contract Academic Workers at U of T, St. Michael’s College, and Victoria College are prepared to take action in order to win the fair contracts that you deserve!
