Using a Zoom Background/Picture

Our easy “how-to” guide for Zoom features!

Zoom Backgrounds

  • Check out the download centre at the bottom of this page.
  • Choose which Zoom background you’d like to use, then download it to your computer (be sure to remember where you save it!)
  • Open Zoom. From your Zoom meeting room, click on “Video” in the bottom left corner and then click on Choose Virtual Background…
  • On the right side, just under your video feed, click on the plus icon, then click on “add image”
  • Select the Zoom background that you previously downloaded as part of Step 1!

Zoom Profile Pictures

  • Check out the download centre at the bottom of this page.
  • Choose which Zoom profile picture you’d like to use, then download it to you computer (be sure to remember where you save it!)
  • On your web browser, go to the Zoom website and go to your Zoom profile. Under your profile picture, (on the left), click “change”.
  • Click “upload” and select the Zoom profile picture that you downloaded.
  • Click save! That’s all!
