CUPE 3902 – Strike Pay Application Form

This is for CUPE 3902 Units 2, 3, and 7 currently in negotiations (March 2025).

To be eligible for strike benefits, a member must (a) complete and sign this Strike Pay Application form; (b) be employed as a Unit 2, 3, and/or 7 worker during the time of the strike; (c) participate in the strike by performing assigned strike duties; (d) be a member in good standing.
